The granite ridges of Yimeng Mountain carry Shandong's second-highest peak and some of its oldest stone forests. Cloud seas, waterfall valleys and the Wanghai Tower lookout draw hikers, while the valleys hold the wartime memory of the Yimeng spirit that shaped the Chinese revolution.
