Shenxianju

神仙居景区

Its name means 'dwelling place of immortals,' and Shenxianju's forest of rhyolite pinnacles — weathered into shapes like a celestial gate and a sleeping Buddha — earns it. Cliff walkways and one of Asia's highest sightseeing elevators thread the spires, with waterfalls and rhododendron slopes filling the valleys between these 'Avatar-like' stone peaks.
