天柱山风景区
Mount Tianzhu — the 'Heavenly Pillar' — is Anhui's other great granite mountain, a UNESCO Global Geopark in Qianshan. Its knife-edge ridges, sky caves, and the pillar-like summit that gave the mountain its name rise from bamboo forests once worshipped as the Southern Sacred Mountain. Hikers come for sheer cliffs, hidden grottoes, and some of China's most photogenic cloud seas.
