绩溪龙川景区
Tucked into the hills of Jixi County, Longchuan is a thousand-year-old Hu-clan village crowned by one of China's finest ancestral halls. Its exquisite Ming-era wood and brick carvings honor a lineage of scholars and officials, including Ming statesman Hu Zongxian. Quiet, compact, and deeply atmospheric, it rewards slow wandering and a close look at the carvings.
